Shipping policy

Shipping Time: 

• STANDARD SHIPPING  1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). When we say "SHIPS IMMEDIATELY"; it is meant that those products are on hand and will be packed and shipped as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping notification email or SMS along with your tracking number. We ask that you please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated with USPS or UPS.

• PLEASE note Oneheart Studios LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or mis delivered packages. Once your package has shipped and you have received a tracking number, you must reach out to USPS or UPS directly to have the issue rectified.

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt (excluding Sundays and holidays), or sooner depending on order volume. You will receive an order confirmation email with your initial order. For orders received after 5pm EST these will be processed the following business day. 

• Holiday (BF, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.) orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt (excluding Sundays), or sooner depending on order volume. You will receive an order confirmation email with your initial order. For orders received after 5pm EST these will be processed the following business day.
